Massive Insights interview questions

None of the technical interviewers showed up, they did not even have an interview room so CEO (the only interviewer) suggested me to go to a Cafe outside of the building and chat about my skills. I understand this happens especially in Silicon valley when people meet in a casual manners or through friends, etc . but in Toronto it's not common!
