The agency hired by massage heights told me I had to work for minimum wage for training! 10 years of massage? The agency lead guy and his associate both were texting and calling back to back when I wasn't available. The associate blew up my phone and text messages when I turned the offer down. Agency was persistently asking me to work just for one day probably just to collect the service fee. The associate finally stopped with the text messages at 1030 PM!!!!!!!! These franchises in my opinion, are the fast food of healthcare!
I applied online. I interviewed at Massage Heights (Buckhead, GA)
Interview
The interview process was simple, and what I'd expect from a franchise of this caliber. I was first to greet the front desk, which was a red flag since all walkins should be greeted once the door opens. The actual interview took too long (over an hour), pay was non-negotiable (even with my years of experience), and management seemed lackadaisical when it came to getting back to me with a timeline of when I'd get a callback/email, onboarding and training, etc. I was offended by their final offer and declined.
I was not interviewed I was hired on the spot. I started after my background check. The interview was more co like over the phone. I was asked about experience
