Interview
I applied online and a few days later I got a call to come in for an interview. They had me fill out an application even after already submitting one online. Had a 1:1 interview with the assistant manager where I was asked pretty basic questions. They said they would email me the sales script and to come back in a few days to recite what I could remember to the clinic administrator. Script was pretty easy to memorize and they didn't expect you to know it perfectly.

Interview
First I filled out a paper application.
Then, had a over the phone interview.
Then had a in person interview.
Then I had to memorize a page long script for sales pitching.

They asked about experience, previous employment, likes and dislikes of previous jobs, if they could contact previous employers, if I had reference and asked questions with hypothetical situations, especially due to the sales.
