Interview
interview was with hiring manager / director. Manager verified license, he was extrememly friendly. All new employees are taken to a welcoming lunch with manager and one staff member as a congratulations for joining and being a part of a great company to ultimately work for. The interview process was brief & does consist of a practical facial prior to being hired.
I started with a practical interview which included preforming a 30 minute facial on real client of there’s. Another esthetician sat in the room and watched me. I was moved on to the second interview round which was verbal.
Well the interviewer wrote on the back of the
resume I gave them through out the interview. Overall they asked about my experience, and told me what they were looking for.
Easy interview process, nice people. They were flexible with my time. Make sure they have a large member amount
you don't get paid when not with a client. Good for new to the industry Estheticians.
