Interview
My initial interview was at a restaurant next door to the ME. I was asked a number of questions about myself and asked to sell the owner of that particular franchise something I had in my purse. Following that interview I was asked back for a second interview to meet the owners husband and from there they offered me the job.
Following the second interview I had an all day training in the actual location before the ME opened its doors to the public.
