Initially they organized a telephone interview with the HR and senior person from the same department, The questions are pretty straight forward about career history, why do you want to work for us, willing to work at their environment, job skill related questions. After successful telephone interview i was asked to fulfill their online aptitude test and psychometric tests. Third step was direct face to face interview with the line management and top management. The interview was long. Many questions mostly focused on finding out why you are not a suitable person, rather then allowing you to express why you are a suitable person.
