Easy. Didn't ask much. Just college technical experience and family background. Three member panel shooting simple answerable questions, hardly any technical. Your CGPA matters at the end. The whole process is one day long with a technical test which is quite simple if you know your basics.

online assessment was around 5th December
Online assessment was tough and top 10 from the assessment was selected for personal interview and 5 of them was finally selected

Interview
Interview was for rnd role ,so it was mostly based on projects and indutrial application of the projects. Heavily inclined on development of electric vehicles so projects in the field of power electronics was desirable .

What are my projects and how are they different from anything available in market and how can they benefit the company
Only one round(combined hr and technical). We have to prepare a 1 min introductory presentation but they didn't ask me for the presentation. Interview was easy. They asked questions from ic engine and about the new trends in automobile.
