Interview
First there was a phone interview with one of their QA manager from LA even though I was interviewing for Pleasanton site.
Then there was an Online Assessment where they tested my HTML skills, java scripting skills, testing skills etc.
Onsite interview had three rounds.

Question 1
Standard SQL, HTML, XML questions.
First round had a testing exercise on a program like test case preparation, testing, and predicting output.
In the second round one of the interviewer asked me to describe a situation where i wanted to break something. Other question was why should we hire you.

Interview
Applied online, contacted by a recruiter, HR phone interview, onsite with paper test of general CS knowledge, got an offer through a phone call and was emailed an official letter a few days later. They are upfront about the low pay and short hours.
