Group interview. Interview consisted of 4 members, one from different departments. Basic behavioral questions and some clinical scenario questions. staff was nice and interview felt comfortable. Interview was conducted in a meeting room that allowed for questions and answered to be discussed in a comfortable manner.

Interview
1. Their parking is very tight in terms of space and availability, so be there on time. During the interview, the hiring manager asks 3-5 behavioral questions with 3 clinical scenario questions.
2. I would have accepted the offer because they pay good, is a day shift position, the benefits are reasonable, and the ER work environment fits my style(very busy and lots of fast-track patients.)
3. But I declined the offer because I got an offer from another job that has better education reimbursement program.

Effective communication from the team and On boarding, interviewed with 3 people, recruiter reached out and scheduled an interview the next week, over all very great process with recruiters, heard I got the job a week after interviewing.
