Interview
Very awkward. Was interviewed by the IT crew which do not have training in interviewing people. There were 2-3 questions asked during the 30 minute interview and I felt like the questions were not able to gauge my skill at all.
It was way too casual for a formal interview.
I was not happy with HR either. A professional company should tell all interview candidates whether they got the job or not. I did not receive a call or e-mail after the process.
Very unprofessional.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Martin Deerline (Edmonton, AB) in Oct 2011
Interview
Quick and easy talked to the manager reviewed what they were looking for, went through my duties and what they expected and I got an offer fairly quickly after we finished
