Interview
Received a call asking me to come in for an interview. At the time this was my first interview, it was very simple and they didn't ask many questions.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Marshalls?
Do you prefer to work with people or work behind the scenes? (Basically asking if I wanted to work on the sales floor or in the stock room).
They ask your availability and about your previous experience. They also ask if you’ve ever dealt with difficult customers in the past. The interview process was easy and simple. It was also very quick

Question 1
Describe your previous experience and have you dealt with difficult customers in the past?
Easy interview process not very picky with experience and just make sure you have availability on the weekends. Be prepared to answer a question based on different scenarios around the store but make sure that you always take into account customer satisfaction and what the best outcome would be for them. Also think about how to better the store with your presence and attitude towards the job and the customers.

Question 1
They asked how I would deal with a customer that was looking for an item and how I would go about finding it for them.
The staff were very polite, asked common questions. Pretty laid back. Easy to get through all questions and doesn't take that much time. I would reccomend to apply here. Thank you.
