One Microsoft teams interview. The next was a phone call with the director. The last one was an in person interview to see if you like the commute and everything. Relatively straight forward.

Applied through a reference with a member from another team. Very nice team and the interview was all behavioral. Interviewed them in person in the LA office. Weren't the most experienced interviewers, but that helped create a less stressful environment.
Good, the process lasted about three weeks. The process consisted of 3 interviews. 1 zoom call with hiring manager, 1 phone screen with team memeber, and an in person visit.
