Interview
- You will first be contacted by the HR Administrator who will schedule you for an interview with the Owner/Manager of the Marshal Acquisitions.
- When you show up to the interview there will likely be many others waiting there and each will meet with the Owner/Manager for a quick-firing 10-15 min interview.
- This first interview is more of a screening process, and you are basically being assessed for any major problems you've had in the past, if you are at all suited for sales, and if they think you have any drive to develop yourself at the company
- The second interview is the REAL interview, and if you get called back expect to spend a 6 hour day in the field with one of the high performing sales team leaders, where you will observe them doing what they do, and have the opportunity to ask them whatever you want.
- The Leader who is taking on your day of observation will also ask you many questions in an attempt to 1) see if you have what it takes to do the job; 2) to see if you have any career ambitions, and if you are going to stick around; and 3) to actually get to know you
- The person who takes you on our second interview will decide if you are taken on or not.
- I think you would have to be very obviously some combination of unintelligent, anti-social, disinterested, or lazy for them not to take you on.
