Initial prerecorded interview then assessment center. The assessment center did not give me the best impressions of the company. It was rushed and didn’t use the full time(told it would last 9-2pm ended 9-11am). I wasn’t made to feel comfortable and the whole assessment center vibe felt a bit awkward. Surely if they are wanting to hire young graduates they should try make the recruiting experience enjoyable for everyone.

Il primo step del colloquio consiste in una chiamata conoscitiva con un membro di hr centrata sul cv e su una breve descrizione personale, poi colloquio con HR, colloquio con manager.
Abbastanza centrati su motivazione. Generalmente veloci.

Primo step con recruiter, domande classiche, domanda in inglese "parlami dei tuoi hobby".
La recruiter conclude dicendo che avrebbe portato avanti la candidatura, per poi ghostarmi completamente. Non ho altro da dire.
iter diviso in 5 colloqui, molto disponibili, primo conoscitivo, secondo con hr, terzo con manager e ultimi due con figure a capo di settori o CEO. Esperienza molto positiva e molto veloce
