Video. After initial recruitment, they have you do a video interview answering several questions about experience and what you can bring to the position. It is timed and for each response, you are given time to think of how you will respond.

Interview process was over Zoom. Given overall picture what my role would be, went through interview questions and then asked my questions at the end. The whole quite easy going and friendly which helped keep my nerves under control.
