      Application

      Interview

They offered me the role but during my joining date I had a family emergency and had to leave overseas they said I can join at a later date they sent contracts and everything for the later date. But suddenly the HR lady calls and says they are withdrawing the offer, that to no written communication nothing. She calls from her personal mobile and says this message. But when you send email for this in HR inbox she says not send email to that inbox and to contact in her personal mobile...Something Fishy..They say they withdrew the offer but they send mails to my house for their superannuation which is rubbish. I have small infant and for that I asked if they can give a fixed shift, all the organisations does that.. Not sure what wrong I asked..It is legal for anyone to request a Flexible Work Agreement with HR. This was like discriminating me. Suddenly one morning HR says the offer has been withdrawn and just to call in her personal mobile and not to email the HR inbox with respect to this. She says that the Hiring Manager took the decision . I am sure that the HR would have taken that decision and playing double game here.
