Scripted Interview; without natural discussion. There was no feedback or communication after the interview. After several attempts to follow up with no response, I accepted another position. Would not recommend.
Companies that make a habit of this need to be called out. After the interview (which went well), I was ghosted by the recruiter, despite several follow-ups. This reflects poorly on a company and leads to reviews like these. A quick auto rejection email would avoid wasting everyone's time.
