Phone screen from 3rd party who is contracted by Marotta. If pass that then you speak to the hiring manager who gives you gives you 2 tests (by phone). One is a project mgmt test and the 2nd is an engineering test. No questions about your background, just the test. I answered most of these tests correctly but still never heard back from them one way or another. Not a good experience.
