Interview
The interview process starts off with interests and personal background, then it goes into a deep dive on specific transactions on your resume. The interviewer tends to ask about specific details on deals and what your role was to determine if they buy off on your experience as it is written on the resume. Once that is over, they ask you about interests and your personal goals.
