Markov Processes International interview questions

3 rounds of interviews including a coding test that was actually quite difficult and took a few days to complete. I completed the coding test successfully and did a follow up interview with 4 team members describing my process. They said they were interested in moving ahead and would reach back to me in a few days. Then I was ghosted. No follow up communication or update. I wrote an email and was ignored and my recruiter was ignored as well. What can I say. This was the biggest waste of time of an interview I ever experienced. They asked for A LOT from me. I spent so much time and energy and then I was ghosted. It was disappointing and insulting. Extremely unprofessional to leave me hanging like that. After 2weeks it became apparent this was going nowhere and I resumed my search.

I was reached out by the hiring manager. I gave around 5 interviews before they decided to move ahead. It was a lengthy process. Everyone is nice and helpful. My requirements did not match and they scheduled a time to discuss the feedback
