very very thorough and rigorous, questions on background and experience, questions on motivations and references. objectives, and many many other topics. there was a case study, modeling session, presentation, and Q&A session.

Test followed by a telephonic interview. The test consisted of questions from the finance domain, some involved mere use of formulas while others tested concepts in greater detail. There was a phone interview following the test where I was asked about my background, motivation and some conceptual questions, an example of which is provided in the next section.
