It was very quick. My application was at the bottom of the stack of tons of other applications. I hadnt heard back in a few weeks so I went in and spoke with the manager. He met with me and asked me a few basic questions, and then hired me.

Excellent interaction with a person I support who is on the Autism Spectrum. Hiring manager asked what the person would most like to do, and then fit the person to the best available opening.
