Interview
The interview process had two stages:
HR Interview: Focused on my background, experiences, and cultural fit. I discussed my academic achievements and relevant work
User Interview: Centered on a case study. I presented my approach, demonstrating problem-solving skills and applying technical knowledge to real business case
This process evaluated both interpersonal and technical abilities.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MarkPlus (Jakarta) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview conducted by the user then HR team. From the user, we usually get a study case and need to be done within 3 days and if they see we're a good fit, we get a chance to present our result and if they think we meet their expectations in reasoning, analytical thinking, etc., we will be moved forward to HR interview.
