I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mark43
Interview
Fairly standard interview process. Started with an initial screening call and then a written assessment around communication styles. Following that there was an online assessment with some java and sql questions. The last round was an interview with the hiring manager, a java debugging exercise, a system design question and then a values interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Mark43 in Jul 2025
Interview
I was referred by an employee. I just had to fill out some basic questions along with general resume things. The next step was a take home Coderpad exercise. I did not get past that due to a misunderstanding between the job qualifications and my skillset. I am a full stack/frontend leaning dev who has worked mostly in Javascript, so the questions were not accessible to me. I was not allowed to use outside resources to look up things like basic syntax, they made you do a screen + video recording to ensure that.
My suggestion would be to clarify what kind of role this would be for plus the skillset required plus having multiple language options.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mark43 in Mar 2025
Interview
I spent many hours over a month doing five different interviews for Mark43.
But, my recruiter couldn’t spend 60 seconds to send any form of results regarding my candidacy.
Ghosting prospective candidates after that long of a process speaks volumes on what the culture must be like internally.
