I met with Marcus and his assistant for the interview.
Asked me questions
Then was told I would assist and shoot on a temporary basis to see if i was a good fit. After a few weeks I began shooting with other associate photographers.
I was also given a homework assignment to do a photo essay and had 1 day to complete that
