Marc-Michaels Interior Design interview questions

One on one interview with the manager. It was a normal interview process with standard questions. Was told about the job requirements and the daily duties. The manager was friendly and not intimidating.

They do a call screening and then two interviews. Both interviews where fairly simple, they mostly just give you the rundown of the company, what they do, and what they’re looking for. They ask you a few questions and then let you ask them questions. Overall it was like a get to know each other to see if it would be a good fit.
