I've worked in recruiting for 5+ years and HR for even longer, I was interested in this role as I was close to completing my PMP certification. I received an interview request and I accepted as I was unemployed at the time and desperate (this plays into my later point). I join the virtual interview, there are five or so other applicants on the call and this women who was maybe 25 interview. first thought - gross, group interviews? Red flag. Absolutely not. Once I realized it was a group interview, I stuck around simply out of morbid curiosity out as I knew at that point I would not accept an offer even if they provided one. Anyways, the immediate impression I got was this was a scam. They did not ask me any questions regarding my actual professional experience during the interview. Looking back, I wouldn't be surprised if this was a MLM. I would highly recommend you avoid interviewing here. ALSO - FYI whatever this is (not sure if it's an actual company or a scam) legally, you need to list salary within your job postings in the state of CA. Maplewood marketing is red flag for me.
