Went through initial round which I thought was with the recruiter, but ended up being with the attorney. Second round drafting assignment. Ended up being late to the party, and they already had a few candidates they liked.
Online interview with one of their counsel went well. That was followed by a two-part exercise. They were very good about giving feedback on the exercise, which I really appreciated.
Phone screening; drafting exercise; multi-day interviews with legal team only to be told that I don't have specific experience with their platform (which should have been evident from my resume). They also said they're too busy to help onboarding. Doesn't sound like a collaborative environment.
Btw - the old GC quit so they are trying to find someone to join.
Red flags galore.
