I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Manus in Sep 2022
Interview
A couple of phone interviews, initially with the head of supply chain. Interview with the head of supply chain was very conversational, just discussed each other's career paths. 2nd phone interview with some of the supply chain and quality team members was more specific, heavy food-quality related. I was told that we'd move to an onsite interview next, but the process stalled. Still waiting. I was very interested and still am. The team seemed to be a good one. You better know data analytics and excel to talk to these guys.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, projects, best/worst part of jobs. Food specifications and quality situations. "Tell me a time when.... " "conflict", "team member", "challenged" kind of questions.
Bad they ask you to solve a current problem and challenge and then they will implement your work without hire I found the rounds to be excessive and unnecessary with about 5-6 rounds and a project
