Initial Video Call with HR: The first step was a video call with HR, where we discussed my background, skills, and interest in the role. This provided a helpful introduction to Mantle’s culture and expectations. 2. Video Call with the CEO: The second round involved a video interview with the CEO, focusing on Mantle’s strategic goals and the Senior Accountant’s contribution to their financial operations. 3. Interview and Exam with the Operations Director: The third stage included an interview and skills test with the Operations Director, where I discussed my experience with ERP systems. I was also asked to enter sample vendor invoices into NetSuite. 4. Interview with the Interim CFO: The final stage was supposed to be a conversation with the interim CFO. HR requested to schedule this interview when scheduling the Operations Director meeting to expedite the interview process. However, when I arrived for the virtual meeting, I was the only one on the call, making it quite awkward. After emailing HR and the CFO about the mix-up, the CFO sent a new meeting link, stating they “didn’t know what happened.” After completing four virtual interviews, I never received any correspondence regarding their decision. This lack of communication and the unprofessional handling of the situation left a negative impression. Cons: • The scheduling confusion with the CFO was awkward and poorly managed. • The absence of follow-up communication after multiple interviews felt unprofessional and left me feeling ghosted. Advice for Future Candidates: Be prepared for a structured interview process, but be cautious about the communication and follow-up.

I applied online and was scheduled for a video interview with the hiring manager within a few weeks, followed by another video interview with a different engineer.
