Friendly, and understanding, willing to overlook past and complications with home life. As long as you have a can-do attitude they are willing to train in house to do whatever is required and have a lengthy training period to properly prepare you

Interview
My interview process was conducted over two days. First, an initial meeting with David Manning to discuss the roles and responsibilities. The second day was with David and Anthony Gonzales, the head of the Customer Service Department, and we discussed compensation, company policy, and expectations. They were very professional.

Applied on-line which required a call in to a number, personality test was taken, phone interview by operations manager, brought in for a group face-to-face interview, then brought back for interview with owner.
