There is a phone interview, a face to face at the office and a "trial day" where they make you give calls to people from their database, which is OK because it give you an idea of what the job is like, but at the same time, if I was a person getting these kind of calls from obviously inexperienced, untrained people, I would have serious doubts about the quality of this agency..

They ask you personal questions as well, which is totally unprofessional and they even made me write an essay about a private topic.. Of course I refused and stopped the whole thing.
