I applied online and heard back within a couple of days. They asked me to come for an in-person interview which was in another city for me. The interview itself was with the senior garment and seemed fairly easy. I was asked to spec a garment provided in a given time and the over all interview seemed to go well. However, despite following up on multiple occasions, I haven't heard back at all. Read the reviews on glassdoor and spare yourself the trouble of preparing and showing up for an interview here. The least you expect, especially after communicating that you're travelling from another city is a simple e-mail accepting or rejecting you. This just seems like a reflection of their culture that several of their employees mention here. No wonder they are hiring for all the roles all the time.
