I applied online. I interviewed at Manhattan Theatre Club
Interview
Generally standard interview questions. Second interview included a non-conversational list of questions from DEI volunteers.
After a second interview I was told a follow up would come in 2/3 weeks. After 3 weeks I reached out to ask if I was still in contention for the job. HR never replied.
I went to their website. Turns out they took the time to update there, there was a new name next to this position. But they didn't have the time or professionalism to reply to my email. The lack of respect after quick correspondence up to then has colored my entire view of the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are you greatest strengths and weaknesses? Why do you want to work here? If you had a DEI Initiative what would you focus on? What does DEI mean to you?
It went by quickly but felt a bit impersonal they seemed disinterested. The followup afterwords took a long time, maybe a month after before I heard back on whether or not I was considered for the role
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Manhattan Theatre Club (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was held on Zoom. Interviewed with Morganne Evans (Education Programs Manager) first and then interviewed with Kelly Gillespie (Casting Director). Went through the average interview questions that one would expect.
