I initially applied for a job on their website. Six months later, they reached out to me to see if I was still interested. I've met great people who work here, and I believe the work they do is very important, so I jumped at the opportunity. Shortly thereafter, I had a good interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter reached out to me and said they would be sending me an offer letter soon, but then they never did. They refused to return my calls and emails. I reached out directly to the hiring manager who interviewed me, who confirmed that they wanted to hire me and said they would follow up. Six months after the interview, they did send me a contingent hire letter but again became totally unresponsive after that. I understand that things happen and sometimes positions get scrapped or hiring falls through, but I can't forgive the lack of communication. I'm sorry to say that I would encourage people to think twice before applying to work here. Even if you get a job offer, you cannot count on them to follow through.
