Initially I applied online. It took me two months eventually to schedule a phone interview with their manager. Had two rounds of interviews: first round was done over phone and second round was done in their office, interviewed by the Manager Director a manager.

This company focus on China Greentech market, but has a quite broad coverage, including cleaner conventional energy, alternative energy, cleaner transportation, smart grid, etc. Therefore, I had to demonstrate my knowledge and persuade my skills and experience are transferable.
