I received a text from the director, and had a great interview. I ultimately declined the offer, because the job advertisement said it was paid, but it is not. Just bonuses. Please update job advertisements to clarify pay structure. The mission of the organization is great though!

Question 1
What my interests are so I could be placed on the best team.
There was no interview, I was automatically selected for an intern position about two weeks after I applied. I was invited to their weekly meetings and onboarded after seeing what the mission looked like.
I applied online. I interviewed at Mandate Democracy (Washington, DC) in May 2023
Interview
Interview was very smooth and felt more like a conversation. It lasted about 30 minutes and there was only one round. They asked all the basic interview questions, so it was relatively easy to prepare for it.
