Applied in February 2014, final interview was in June 2014. I applied to the NGDP (National Graduate Development Programme) hoping to work for the Manchester City Council. After the initial online application, I was invited to an assessment centre to complete a written exercise in timed conditions. The second assessment centre tested team-work and presentation skills.
