I applied online on their website under the careers category. I was called in for a brief interview and attended a training a few days after I was accepted. The training consisted of basic company knowledge as well as basic performance expectations. A drug test occurred as well.

Interviewed over the phone with a panel of about 4-6 people. Primarily my supervisor asked questions. Everyone else was quiet for the most part. After phone interview an offer was extended.
