Private interview between creative director & I on a weekend. Intimate and open conversation between two professionals. Fun informative. Learned about culture, expectations, benefits, workflow, salary, other employees, team environment, groups, projects, clients, mission, company history, history of interviewer, why they liked their job, why I would fit in. Pros & cons.
