Malnove interview questions

4 phone interviews and 1 in person Spoke with 3 different people from this company. The in person interview was at the plant in North Jax. Thought all went well but after 4th phone interview which lasted an hour, nothing, no response, radio silent. Poor communication and left me hanging with no final decision. Would not do this to a candidate. I work in Hr for 21 years, would not leave a candidate that interviewed this many times wirh -0- response.

Very professional and positive interview process. There were 2 managers in the interview. They were very welcoming and forthcoming about the position needs and requirements. Seemed to be interested in what I had to say about my background. Mostly behavior style interview questions.
