The interview was wonderful and I was given an extensive tour of the facility and it's practices for 10 minutes before the interview was concluded. The Interviewer was respectful and and enjoyable to talk to.

Interview
Met with the Director of Operations initially, then proceeded to be introduced to other supervisors and people at varying levels of management. I was accepted for the job on the spot and began to go through the processes of beginning my employment, met with the finance manager, happened to get a chance to meet one of the company owners as well and was introduced to other tradespeople working on the shop floor.
