I interviewed three times for this role — which is a cumbersome process considering it was advertised as a cyclical role. One interview was asked for while I was traveling on vacation. I moved my own travel schedule to make it work only to have the interviewer cancel a few minutes before. No apology was given and they tried to reschedule. I found out through an accidentally sent email sent that they moved on ahead in the process with two other candidates for another interview. They proceeded with my interview and told me it was the final interview at the beginning when I knew that was false. I was clearly cut because of the poor scheduling of the interview process. Majority Action was the my most disorganized interview process I’ve ever experienced. I would never considered working here and you shouldn’t make the mistake of applying.
