Major League Soccer interview questions

they are good people & seems like an enjoyable work environment but after several rounds of interviews with minimal updates was told the role was being discontinued which was disappointing

The director of talent acquisition sent an email to schedule a video call. There was some back and forth emailing (that wasn’t entirely organized) and we scheduled a video call. The interview went smoothly and the director of talent acquisition was nice. During the interview, I found out that some parts of the job listing were not accurate. My feeling about the company was that there was more value for a certain personality rather than skills. It seems like they were looking more for people who are extroverted and energetic rather than highly capable. I was ghosted after the interview (hence the negative review).
