After introducing yourself, questions related to baseball were asked. What do you know about MLB? Favorite Team? Any Players you like?
After breaking the ice, the questions got more "serious".
I talked to the interviewer as if they were my friends from school. Very friendly, I got the offer 30 minutes after I finished my meeting.

It was a great and straightforward process. One of the best companies I've seen and a great HR team. Four rounds before I got the offer, but definitely worth it
Great interview but they led me on to ultimately ghost me. — really interesting conversations that led nowhere and received no feedback. Four rounds of interviews. Really expected more or at least the decency to be told no
