Interview
I had 6 rounds of interview for a RevOps Manager role including the HR screening. I had a very positive experience with everyone in the team especially the hiring manager who seemed very competent and nice. The team members were also supportive and pleasant. The not-so-nice part of the process was the final round of interview with the CEO of the company who started discussing salary, which was surprising. From that talk, it was clear that the budget wasn't as much as I was expecting. The worst part was getting a system generated email after the CEO round saying they selected some other candidate. The least the company could have done was be truthful and mention the exact reasons.

Interview
Very smooth, transparent interview process. HR initial screening was very concise. Following hiring manager and VP interviews were all very smooth and transparent too. Everyone involved seems genuinely driven to succeed, and very positive about the prospects of the company. As I moved through the process it was clear that there is a unified vision across all layers in the business. They are very respectful with their treatment of prospective employees and very honest about the process, the timeline and their expectations. Any emails sent to follow up were promptly responded to. I’m happy to be joining this team and excited at the prospect of helping MaintainX achieve its potential.
