When I was kindly in person, I was quickly assisted by one of his collaborators who conveys confidence, comfort and sympathy to start a quiet conversation. We talked about my current job as a Relay Service for families with children of "special" attention, and I did babysitting jobs, so from there his collaborator recommended me the position of Party Host since he saw that it could be of good help in especially when entertaining children and parents.

Interview
I was asked the hours that are best for me and if my communication skills were good. They hired me on the spot even though I had never had a job before, but I seemed very responsible.
Good but just be prepared to be interview by three people you got this make sure you dress professionally and be ready to answer lots of questions and a lot of intimidation you got this
Came in for open interviews and was called back for a second one. Questions were basic "why should we hire you", "what do you think being in this position entails?", and "tell me about yourself".
