Interview
I came in and met my interviewer and then we sat down and he asked me questions about how I would handle situations and deal with other people. Then I met with someone else afterwards and he asked me some general questions about me then asked if I had any questions then scheduled a follow up meeting for a later date. For the follow up meeting I met with the manager and asked some questions and discussed the job a bit.

Question 1
If you were told to do something one way but found a more practical and efficient way, what would you do.
The Interview process was pretty easy. Had 2 interviews, one with the General Manager and the other one with the Games Manager. Both are great people. The interview was just about getting to know me and introducing the company to me.
2 interviews with nice managers who just needed to know my schedule and if I was a student. They also asked if I was into in getting certified for the ropes course. I said no but was still hired on the spot.

Shown around the building and told responsibilities with also demonstrations of how to operate the things available in the building such as bowling and laser tag. Given a schedule of what time I should expect to be at work and the exceptions I have
