3 Interviews 1. Over the phone, general questions asked with the recruiter on a Monday. 2. Over the phone interview with a manager, he was working remotely on the west coast, that same week on Thursday. 3. In-person in Washington, DC with another manager and the previous training specialist the following Friday. I heard back a week after with an initial offer. When I recieved the intial offer, I asked over email if there was room for an increase and without having to give much reason was told that it was already approved.
