It was not at all a good experience. The main chair person and one more person were there as a part of interview panel. They were not interested in Science and what a candidate has achieved . More focus was on salary expectations . They also asked for teaching demo

There was nothing in the interview. They only ask about your family background and your qualifications (without NET qualified candidates can also clear their interviews there). The working environment is just central. There is no value of your knowledge and qualifications there. Salaries are not as per the qualifications.
